In case WFOE branch change items applicable for registration along with holding WFOE, documents from holding WFOE should be provided for:

Change of investor's name
Change of operation term
If WFOE branch change the registered address, following documents need to be submit: Application form for change of registered address Leasing agreement with ownership certificate
